DOTM at SOTB - Free Safari Adventure Page Kit!

This month I am the featured designer at Scrap Outside the Box. Just for the occasion, I designed a fun kit called Safari Adventure. If you want the coordinating alpha, you can get it by attending my SUPER speed scrap Saturday, June 20th at 9:00 EST in the SOTB chatroom. Get ready to race through a layout! Happy Easter!

It's Easter weekend - yay! I look forward to a fun time with my family. My daughter is all ready for church with her Easter dress and gloves and hairbow to match. I can't wait to see her and take lots of pictures! My boys will be handsome, too, I'm sure. So, I have been on a mini kit kick recently. I have been making kits for my darling CT members and friends by request and also finishing up a lot of kits that I started months ago, but never quite got around to wrapping up. Here are some pics. You can click on any pic to go see the kit in one of my stores. Happy holidays, everyone!
And here's a free QP with Squeaky Clean, made by my own CT, Heide! Thank you, girl!

A Promise of Spring

Today the weather was beautiful! It was a bit chilly, but the sun was shining and warmed my bedroom with it's golden glow. I can't wait for Spring! All of the new flowers, the smell of growing grass, the feel of the cool wind blowing my hair around - I love it all! So, to honor this wonderful time of year, I created a kit called A Promise of Spring. I fell in love with the colors in this kit. I packed in realistic flowers and leaves to represent the "life" of Spring. I was honored that Scrapable.net chose it as their featured kit of the week. :) I hope you enjoy it, too. It is currently 30% off in all of my stores. Here's a preview of the kit and a few CT layouts. Click on any of the images to go to my store and see the detailed kit. Scroll down for a free QP! Happily Ever After

I finally finished my kit called Happily Ever After! I've been working on it for months! I packed this kit with 30 papers and 95 elements! Almost all elements are realistic photo extractions. The theme of this kit is fairy tales. There are items to create several famous stories or rhymes, including Cinderella, Snow White, Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood, Three Blind Mice, and much more. The possibilities are endless! You'll also find flowers and leaves, fairy wings, little critters, a beautiful unicorn and even a castle! Here's a peek:
You can find this kit in my stores! Here are links:
Plus, right now ALL of my stores are 30% off! So this $8 kit is only $5.60 right now! Don't wait! Now I just have to show you some of the layouts created by myself and my very talented CT.

It's February!

So, it's been just a tiny little while since I've posted. Har har. Things have been crazy for me! I am still trying to run my doll business and keep up with digital designing. I have four young children, am involved in my church activities, and run two local clubs - a book club and a scrapbook club. Wow! No wonder I have been getting migraines. LOL.
I have some great news! I have been accepted as a designer at the terrific digi store Been There Scrapped That! It seems like a great group of designers and scrappers. I look forward to making myself at home there. LOL. I haven't uploaded any kits yet, but will be doing that this week.
The other great news is that I have several new CT members. And they are terrific ladies! I couldn't ask for a more kind and talented group of friends. Here's the complete list: Tada!
fran98765 (Fran)
lin_fes (Frannie)
fallgal1027 (Alicia)
my3countryboys (Shannon) - my new CT leader!
magicalreality (Katherine)
ina (Christina) - on a personal leave, but I hope she'll come back to me!
I will be posting their layouts here, so you will all get to know them. :) I was sad to lose a couple of really talented scrappers this past month, too. I will miss you Michelle and Mel! You're welcome to come back any time! On a more happy note, Katherine (magicalreality) recently started designing her own kits. She is seriously talented and unique and I'm sure she will have much success in this industry. Good luck, Katherine!
I will be adding one more CT member soon, so if you're interested, please let me know. I would also like to add a couple of guest CTs for February and March. You can email me if you want more info.
So, I have been super busy designing freebies and bonus kits lately. I made a crop freebie for the Super Bowl crop on Sunday. It's called Game Day Fever. Click on the pic above for a link so that if you missed it you can still get it. But you have to come to the next SOTB crop! LOL. I also made a bonus for the evening crop on Sunday. It coordinates with the other bonuses that will be given out for the challenges this month at SOTB. If you want that link you'll have to check back later. And you can always participate in my new challenge at SOTB to get more freebies. Here's a peek at the bonus for my challenge:
And this is the bonus I made for Dani's challenge:
And this is the crop freebie I gave out on Sunday. It's really too bad if you weren't there. :) Maybe I will feel like being generous soon and take mercy on you. But I wanna see some participation in those challenges!
I will be doing a scraplift challenge at BTST soon, too! I'll post more info as I learn more. Well, I guess the last thing is to show you the latest kits I have for sale. I released three in one week! That's a record for me. Of course, I had been working on them all for months. They are all 25% off right now, too! LOL. Here's a peek:
The first one is called Road Trip. I was inspired by some art I found for decorating little boys' bedrooms. This is perfect for travel pages, boy pages, in the car pages, etc. Look below for some fab CT layouts with this kit.

This is the second kit I just released called Grandma's Attic. It has all sorts of photo-realistic elements. Perfect for heritage kits and more! Scroll down for a CT layout:

My third kit release is just in time for Valentine's Day. Although it features some lovey dovey stuff, the elements are versatile for a variety of subjects. It's called Hearts All Aflutter. Check it out!
Layout by Garden Girl Designs (me). This is my darling daughter when she was only four. She just turned 10. Oh my, how the time flies! I just sounded like my grandma. Urgh!
Thanks for checking in with me. Hopefully you are having a great 2009. I hope everyone has a lovely Valentine's Day. Happy scrapping!
