Happy Easter!
It's Easter weekend - yay! I look forward to a fun time with my family. My daughter is all ready for church with her Easter dress and gloves and hairbow to match. I can't wait to see her and take lots of pictures! My boys will be handsome, too, I'm sure.
So, I have been on a mini kit kick recently. I have been making kits for my darling CT members and friends by request and also finishing up a lot of kits that I started months ago, but never quite got around to wrapping up. Here are some pics. You can click on any pic to go see the kit in one of my stores. Happy holidays, everyone!

A Promise of Spring
Today the weather was beautiful! It was a bit chilly, but the sun was shining and warmed my bedroom with it's golden glow. I can't wait for Spring! All of the new flowers, the smell of growing grass, the feel of the cool wind blowing my hair around - I love it all!
So, to honor this wonderful time of year, I created a kit called A Promise of Spring. I fell in love with the colors in this kit. I packed in realistic flowers and leaves to represent the "life" of Spring. I was honored that Scrapable.net chose it as their featured kit of the week. :) I hope you enjoy it, too. It is currently 30% off in all of my stores. Here's a preview of the kit and a few CT layouts. Click on any of the images to go to my store and see the detailed kit. Scroll down for a free QP!

Happily Ever After
I finally finished my kit called Happily Ever After! I've been working on it for months! I packed this kit with 30 papers and 95 elements! Almost all elements are realistic photo extractions. The theme of this kit is fairy tales. There are items to create several famous stories or rhymes, including Cinderella, Snow White, Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood, Three Blind Mice, and much more. The possibilities are endless! You'll also find flowers and leaves, fairy wings, little critters, a beautiful unicorn and even a castle! Here's a peek:
You can find this kit in my stores! Here are links:
Plus, right now ALL of my stores are 30% off! So this $8 kit is only $5.60 right now! Don't wait! Now I just have to show you some of the layouts created by myself and my very talented CT.

Isn't my CT so talented?! I'm so proud of their fabulous layouts.
Now, since this is a new release, I am giving you a freebie! YAY! This is a quick page I designed using the Happily Ever After kit. You can download it for free at Been There Scrapped That. Or you can download it here.
Happy Scrapping, everyone!

It's February!
So, it's been just a tiny little while since I've posted. Har har. Things have been crazy for me! I am still trying to run my doll business and keep up with digital designing. I have four young children, am involved in my church activities, and run two local clubs - a book club and a scrapbook club. Wow! No wonder I have been getting migraines. LOL.
And this is the crop freebie I gave out on Sunday. It's really too bad if you weren't there. :) Maybe I will feel like being generous soon and take mercy on you. But I wanna see some participation in those challenges!
I have some great news! I have been accepted as a designer at the terrific digi store Been There Scrapped That! It seems like a great group of designers and scrappers. I look forward to making myself at home there. LOL. I haven't uploaded any kits yet, but will be doing that this week.
The other great news is that I have several new CT members. And they are terrific ladies! I couldn't ask for a more kind and talented group of friends. Here's the complete list: Tada!
fran98765 (Fran)
lin_fes (Frannie)
fallgal1027 (Alicia)
my3countryboys (Shannon) - my new CT leader!
magicalreality (Katherine)
ina (Christina) - on a personal leave, but I hope she'll come back to me!
I will be posting their layouts here, so you will all get to know them. :) I was sad to lose a couple of really talented scrappers this past month, too. I will miss you Michelle and Mel! You're welcome to come back any time! On a more happy note, Katherine (magicalreality) recently started designing her own kits. She is seriously talented and unique and I'm sure she will have much success in this industry. Good luck, Katherine!
I will be adding one more CT member soon, so if you're interested, please let me know. I would also like to add a couple of guest CTs for February and March. You can email me if you want more info.
So, I have been super busy designing freebies and bonus kits lately. I made a crop freebie for the Super Bowl crop on Sunday. It's called Game Day Fever. Click on the pic above for a link so that if you missed it you can still get it. But you have to come to the next SOTB crop! LOL. I also made a bonus for the evening crop on Sunday. It coordinates with the other bonuses that will be given out for the challenges this month at SOTB. If you want that link you'll have to check back later. And you can always participate in my new challenge at SOTB to get more freebies. Here's a peek at the bonus for my challenge:

But I wanna see some participation in those challenges! I will be doing a scraplift challenge at BTST soon, too! I'll post more info as I learn more. Well, I guess the last thing is to show you the latest kits I have for sale. I released three in one week! That's a record for me. Of course, I had been working on them all for months. They are all 25% off right now, too! LOL. Here's a peek:
The first one is called Road Trip. I was inspired by some art I found for decorating little boys' bedrooms. This is perfect for travel pages, boy pages, in the car pages, etc. Look below for some fab CT layouts with this kit.

This is the second kit I just released called Grandma's Attic. It has all sorts of photo-realistic elements. Perfect for heritage kits and more! Scroll down for a CT layout:

My third kit release is just in time for Valentine's Day. Although it features some lovey dovey stuff, the elements are versatile for a variety of subjects. It's called Hearts All Aflutter. Check it out!
Layout by Garden Girl Designs (me). This is my darling daughter when she was only four. She just turned 10. Oh my, how the time flies! I just sounded like my grandma. Urgh!
Thanks for checking in with me. Hopefully you are having a great 2009. I hope everyone has a lovely Valentine's Day. Happy scrapping!

A Holiday Gift for You!
I wanted to show appreciation for everyone who has supported me this past year - especially my Creative Team (The Awesome Blossoms!). They have been so terrific. Thank you, ladies! I have made a little freebie for everyone to have. I hope you can find a use for it and that you'll enjoy using it. Please send me links if you create a layout with it and post it on the web. I would love to see! Click on the pic to go to 4shared and download.
And I also wanted to remind everyone of the sales I have going on right now. 50% off everything at SOL and $1-3 at SOTB. Happy holidays. Be safe and remember the reason for the season!

It's Been a While!
Sorry! It's been a while since I updated this blog. I have been crazy busy preparing for the upcoming holidays and designing kits. My newest kits (and my favorite so far) are Fall Splendor and Santa's Helpers. Here are the previews. You can click on them to go to my store and check them out more.
Here are some layouts my CT and myself created with these kits:

And with Santa's Helpers:

I also just finished a new alpha. Here's a peek:
Okay, just a few more things! :) Over at SOTB it is Dollar Days so everything in my store is only $1, $2, or $3. That's a huge savings!
And I put everything in my store at Scrappin' Out Loud at 50% off! This deal is just for the holidays, so don't miss out!
I had so much fun with the collab this month at SOTB. It's a SWEET kit. :) Definitely take a peek. Also, this is the last month that I will be hosting the Twice as Fast Template Challenge at SOTB. You get a free template to create your layout with and then if you post a layout with the template you get a posting bonus for free! All of the bonuses coordinate, so the more you participate in, the bigger your free bonus kit is. Also, if you complete all the challenges at SOTB, you get a gift certificate to the store. It's pretty cool! Next month I will start a new challenge called It's Elementary. I hope you'll join in because it should be super easy and fun!
Posting Bonus for Template Challenge:
As always, I am hosting the font challenge over at SOL. This month's posting bonus is my new Snow Alpha Set. Let's admit it - this is the easiest kind of challenge ever! Just make your layout and then toss in this month's font. Post it in the forum and gallery and tada - you get the bonus. I definitely need more participation there, so check it out!
Well, I guess that is finally it. I hope you are all having a fun and happy holiday season! I finished my Christmas shopping last week, so I am sitting back and relaxing - yeah right. LOL. I'm busy cleaning up after sick kids and trying to keep up with laundry. But I am so glad to have the upcoming holiday. I look forward to spending some happy time with my kids and my hubby. I also can't wait for all the good food, opening my presents - I mean watching my kids open their presents, and seeing family and friends. Also, I will be taking lots of pics! Happy scrapping, y'all!
